Toronto Island Elopement

Same Sex Love Story

A & T got “eloped” on Toronto Island during the ending of the pandemic. They met each other in Toronto and quickly knew they were the one for each other. It was important for them to have a day that felt like them and we did exactly that!

All of my Elopement and Micro-Wedding Packages include guidance on planning so I was able to help them out with that. This is how the day turned out for A & T;

I went to Brantford Blooms Florist to pick up their custom bouquet for their elopement in Toronto. They Eloped during the spring season so the florals represented the season of the year. Whimsical but spring vibes for this lovely couple.

  1. We met up near the ferry to head to the island together and got ready to head onto the evening ferry for the sunset! I was able to find the Toronto Ferry Island information and tickets on their website - HERE. It made it so much easier than paying at the booth where our spot wouldn’t have been guaranteed. We got on the ferry and headed to the island!

    Once we landed on the island we went for a bit of a walk to the far side of the island. We made it near Wards Island Beach to take some photographs of them together. They shared their vows with each other and spent a lot of time just being together.

    We slowly made our way around the left side of the island, through paths and on the cement dock. We ended our time on Toronto Island by getting views of the cityscape during the sunset and it was pure magic!

    The last ferry back to the mainland arrived and we made our way home. T + A got to enjoy the beautiful sunset on the way back. Once we landed back on the mainland we said our goodbyes and parted ways! It was such a joy to photograph and be apart of their special day
