1) Availability - How flexible are you on your date? If you are set on a specific date, that will automatically narrow your selection down. Lot’s of photographers are booked far in advanced for Saturday’s so if you’re flexible on the date then you will have more of a selection to pick from!

2) Reputation - Reading reviews can help you choose your photographer with confidence. Make sure you are hiring someone who will provide you with the experience you are seeking! You can usually find reviews on their Websites, Google or their social media plate-forms

3) Budget - Does it come down to the dollar for you? For lots of things, a $500 price difference is huge. Remember, though, that your Elopement photos are meant to last a lifetime!

4) Last but absolutely not least, Fit - Before moving forward in booking a session, I always want to "meet" my clients, whether it is in-person or (more commonly these days), Zoom. Fit is SO important. It's important to know that you'll be sharing your special day with a photographer who you'll enjoy being around! You and your photographer should be choosing each other! Research photographers who have work that speaks to you but also read their “About Section” get to know them and make sure you will get along! There’s nothing worse than spending the day with someone you don’t jive with.
